On Friday, September 8, 2017, Meghan’s Foundation hosted the next edition of our Cooking Class Series. 16 members from our community joined together for a hands-on cooking experience with the Master Chefs of The Farm Cooking School to create a handmade, farm-fresh meal.
- Handmade Tagliolini Pasta with Corn, Tomatoes and Beurre Blanc Sauce
- Chicken Cutlets stuffed with Herbs & Shallots served with a White Wine Sauce and Fresh Vegetables
- Pavlova (meringue-based dessert) with Fresh Seasonal Fruit topped with Whipped Cream
We are please to announce that the event was a huge success and allowed us to raise more than $3,000 in donations, which will all go directly towards helping local veterans living with symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
