Veterans Find Healing Through Yoga and Meditation

Recently an article was released from Boston University News Service about a Vietnam veteran, Richard Jackson, who reported that practicing yoga has helped him both physically and mentally. Jackson suffers from PTSD. His combat tour in Vietnam in 1967 has made it difficult for him to sleep on his back.  Regularly practicing yoga has helped him to relax and breathe through his anxiety.
